Students who attend the 12 week summer session and enroll in one of the following programs can complete one full semester in their chosen field of study:
- Culinary Arts (Beginning )
- Wine Studies and Enology (Beginning)
- Italian Baking & Pastry (Beginning)
- Hospitality Management (Beginning)
