Meal Plans
Meal plans are available for all students. Vouchers can be used at Ganzo, located on Via de’ Macci 85r. Ganzo is the cultural and gastronomic association that unites FUA and AISH students and where students and the public can enjoy meals, art shows, events, tastings, workshops and much more. www.ganzoflorence.it
Students may pre-purchase a voucher booklet. Pre-purchased vouchers will be issued once in Florence. Students are also free to purchase more vouchers while in Florence.

Lunch (one voucher): 1 main dish, homemade bread, and water. Lunch is served from 12:00 PM until 3:00 PM (last orders taken at 2:30PM).
Some main dish examples are: Pappa al pomodoro (Tuscan tomato bread soup), Ganzo Salad: lettuce, celery, carrots, chicken, apple, fresh fennel, extra virgin olive oil, Tuscan aromatic herbs, and a splash of balsamic vinegar and grilled and steamed vegetables, beef Carpaccio, and spinach soufflé.
Snack (one voucher): Choice of: pasta/salad/sandwich/dessert, and water. Snack is served from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Dinner (two vouchers): 1 main dish, homemade bread, 1 appetizer or dessert, and water. Dinner is served from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM (last orders taken at 8:00 PM)
Main course examples are: Pork filet with vin santo and apples, Roasted chicken with grilled polenta and rosemary sauce, and Veal Val D’Aosta style Dessert examples are: Tiramisù, Apple pie with vanilla ice cream, Chocolate Temptation by Andrea Bianchini
Special Event Nights (four vouchers): Since Ganzo is not only a restaurant but a venue to hold special events, the chefs at Ganzo often prepare specialized menus, which consist of four courses paired with beverages.
Please Note: There is no refund for vouchers. Vouchers CANNOT be used for wine or alcohol. No cash payments.

To pay by visa, mastercard or e-check: Go to www.saiprograms.com and click make a payment. Place dollar amount in “other” section and enter “meal plan” and “number of vouchers” you are paying for in description box. There is no need to mail the form if you pay online.
