Please NOTE: SAI is only able to offer a bed in a double room student shared apartment for a minimum of one month. Those seeking less time should make their own arrangements, and SAI can make recommendations. SAI cannot guarantee spaces in our apartment housing will always be available. We will do our best to offer it, if requested, however in the event it is not available, applicants must either make their own housing arrangements, or contact our partner rental agencies in Florence for private apartments. Please discuss this with your SAI Admissions Officer when enrolling.

Short Term Non-Credit Programs Tuition Refund / Cancellation Policy
A full tuition refund is given if cancellation is more than 45 days before a course. Tuition liability is based on the date on which a formal cancellation request is received at this office. If a cancellation notice is received:
- 30-45 days prior to the start of a course the student is liable for 15% of the tuition cost.
- 30 days to 8 days prior to the start of a course, the student is liable for 50% of total tuition.
- Cancellations received 7 days or less prior to the start of a term will result in student’s 100% of tuition liability.
Housing Cancellation & Refunds Policy
Applications are registered for housing upon receipt of the security deposit. In the case of a student enrolled deciding to cancel their housing request and seek private housing, the following penalties will apply, based on the date of withdrawal:
- 60 days or less before first move-in date student is liable for 100% of the housing cost.
