Food & Wine Tour

VIVA Italy Tour 2011 • October 16-31

VIVA, in partnership with Apicius International School of Hospitality and SICILY TOUR, offers a fantastic two-week trip to Tuscany and Sicily, focusing on the food and culture of both regions. You will learn about Italian cuisine as well as the products that make the cuisine special. You’ll be visiting small food producers, wineries, cheese makers and olive farms, while learning the culture and history along the way. Participants will also experience hands on cooking and wine classes in Tuscany and Sicily, led by expert chefs and sommeliers.
