PROGRAM COSTS
Application Fee: $ 90 US Dollars
Security Deposit (refundable at the end of the program): $ 300 US Dollars
SAI Student Services: $ 1,800 US Dollars
Tuition: 15,600 Euros
Fairfield University Processing Fee (if applying for a student loan): $ 900 US Dollars

Please Note: only US citizens are eligible to apply for a US Student Loan

November 1, 2012 Thursday Application Deadline.
Late applications will be accepted on a space available basis.
STEP 2 *
Within 2 weeks of email acceptance: Confirmation Deposit:
- Non Financial Aid Students: 3,000 Euros
- Financial Aid Students: $2,000 Euros
$300 Security Deposit (refundable)

STEP 3 **
October 1, 2012 Monday 50% of Tuition (Euros)
STEP 4 **
December 1, 2012 Saturday Balance of Tuition Due (Euros)

* NOTE: Students applying after the application deadline will be asked to make enrollment confirmation payments within 5 business days upon receipt of acceptance email.

** NOTE: Students confirmed after this date will receive an email from the SAI business office regarding further program payments now due. Either 50% or 100% of Program Cost will be due within 5 business days, based on your acceptance date.

FINANCIAL AID STUDENTS

All financial aid/loan paperwork must be received in our office, before your enrollment is considered complete. Students using a student loan, are required to pay a 2,000 EURO Confirmation Deposit. ALL payments must be paid 30 days prior to the start of the program.

NOTE: Financial Aid students remain responsible for all cancellation penalties that apply, even if program fees have not yet been paid. Failure to pay cancellation obligations will result in referral to a Collection Agency.

OPTIONAL/ADDITIONAL COSTS
  • Visa Processing Fee (optional): $250
  • Late payment fee (if any payment is late): $150
  • International Fed Ex charge for mailing of pre-departure packets: $85 (this will be charged to students whose permanent address is outside of the US or Canada to insure their visa papers and pre-departure packet arrive in a timely manner)
