High Profile Alumni From the SAI/ Apicius Hospitality Program

Since 1996, the Apicius International School of Hospitality in Florence has been helping students master the culinary arts.  Not surprisingly, over the years Apicius has produced a number of very talented alums who have gone on to achieve high profile positions back in the United States.  One of the most recent examples is former Apicius student, Chef Leonard Goodloe who is currently featured on Bravo’s first season of Chef Academy.  To learn more about Leonard, check out the Chef Academy’s Bio Page.
