You Gotta See This

Dylan Cavaliere - Suffolk University, Boston

This picture is really important to me- It was taken during the first week of being abroad, but it easily summarizes my entire experience. The angle makes the colosseum looks more immaculate than ever and I edited it so it stands out even more. The sunset sky in the background kind of represents the end of my abroad journey! I took hundreds of pictures during my time there and this picture is still my favorite.

SAI All the Way

Amanda Furstenberg  – Grand Valley State University

This photo was taken while I balanced precariously on my bike during the SAI excursion to Lucca. The bright green neon bikes were obnoxious; I imagine they chose such a color for the bikes so that tour groups can be seen from far off. In addition to almost killing myself due to the fact that I was trying to remain a part of our tour group and take photos of the quickly passing Lucca, I spent a great deal of time laughing and fearing for my life. I wonder what the Italians thought with such a large group of clueless Americans attempting to navigate the cobblestone streets on two wheels. I always thought being a pedestrian was dangerous, but it turned out to be nothing compared to riding a bike!

More is Always Better

James Hwang - University of California San Diego

This shot is of us with Bus2Alps in Positano of Amalfi Coast. This will forever be my favorite spot in all of Italy as the scenic views were unbelievable.

Wonders of Nature

Jina Park – New School (Parsons the New School for Design)

This is a picture I took when my brother was visiting me in London. It is of the Tower Bridge in London when the sun was setting. Tower Bridge is one of the first places I visited during SAIorientation week, and it remains as one of my favorite places in London. I really like this picture because it shows the Tower Bridgeat sunset, and is beautiful with the Themes River and london buildingsshining in the center.
