    Position Title: SAI Web & Tech Assistant (summer contract position)

    Position Dates: June – August summer contract, 3 months (timing is flexible)

    About SAI Programs
    SAI Programs is a small, dynamic, international education organization based in Sebastopol, California. We offer university, high school, and professional study abroad opportunities in Western Europe (Italy, Spain, France) to students throughout the US and the world. We’ve been in operation for nearly 30 years, and maintain a close-knit working environment.

    Candidate will support, on a contract basis, the small and active SAI Web & Tech team. We cover all aspects of technological support for the entire organization, with remote staff based in the US and in Europe. We are a very flexible team, and we welcome a fresh look at our systems.

    This summer position would be great for a recent graduate or motivated university student with an interest in the intersection of technology and international education.

    Primary responsibilities include:

    • HubSpot support (supporting SAI team onboarding and operations, workflows modifications, custom object and property management)
    • Google Workspace support (device approval, spam management, etc.)
    • Office equipment management (tracking inventory, basic updates on PC and Mac computers, laptops, tablets, etc.)
    • Researching and reporting on tech solutions
    • Basic IT Help Desk support


    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
    • Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM platforms is a plus
    • Genuine interest in data management
    • Knowledge of Google Workspace
    • Operating systems: Mac OS, Windows, iOS, Android
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Willingness to learn and adapt
    • Team player, with ability to collaborate across departments

    Office/Location: This contract position is remote, with no requirement to report to an office. Contractor will use a personal computer to complete work.

    Working Hours and Compensation: This will be a full-time position, following SAI’s regular work hours. At this time, the regular work week is 35.5 hours. On Monday through Thursday, office hours run from 8:30am to 5:00pm, and Friday office hours run from 8:30am to 3:00pm. Employees take a 60-minute unpaid meal break (per posted schedule) during each workday. Your office hours may differ slightly based on your location/time zone. You will be compensated at an hourly rate of $20/hour.
