SAI students who attend the Jan Term Program at the Paris School of Business embark on a two week academic and cultural experience at one of the premier business schools in France. Visiting students earn 3 US credits by completing an intensive course of study in one of the following areas: Luxury Brand Management or Artificial Intelligence for Business. These focused business courses enroll a limited number of participants and provide students with the opportunity to work closely with PSB's world-class faculty, while discovering the beauty and richness of The City of Light.

Eligibility Requirements

Age: 18+

Academic Year: Sophomore (2nd year) or above

Cumulative GPA:* 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale)

English Language:* Non-native English language speakers must prove a minimum CEFR B2 level of proficiency, equivalent to TOEFL 72+, or IELTS 6.5+.

Jan Term students at PSB apply for one of the following courses to earn 3 US academic credits:

  • Luxury Brand Management
  • Artificial Intelligence for Business

Courses are intensive and will include classroom work, lectures, and workshops, as well as visits to Parisian businesses and cultural activities. All activities will be completed within the two week program schedule.

SAI students preselect their concentration as part of the enrollment process. Please contact your SAI Admissions Counselor with any questions you may have about selecting your concentration.

Students who are accepted and submit SAI deposits after this date will have an amended pay schedule. 50% of the Program Fee will be due within 5 business days, based on the deposit payment date.

Financial Aid Agreement & Financial Aid Program Deposit Deadline
Students wishing to utilize SAI financial aid payment deferment must complete the Financial Aid Agreement form and submit the Financial Aid Program Deposit by this date. Students whose deposit payment date is on or after this date will have a deadline of 5 days after the deposit.

Students must complete their enrollment, including paying deposits, by this date.

Students wishing to defer payment until financial aid disbursement must submit the financial aid verification forms to SAI by this date.

On-Site Calendar

Arrival & Housing Check-in
Students arrive at Charles de Gaulle (CDG) airport. SAI airport pickup is provided between 9:00am and 12:00 noon, and students are transferred to program housing.

SAI Orientation
Mandatory SAI orientation is held at the SAI Paris office and introduces students to their city while covering safety, policies, housing, and culture.
January 4 2027
PSB Academic Orientation
PSB orientation introduces students to the school and professors, and includes activities to get to know classmates.

Program End & Housing Check-out
Students must move out of program housing by 10:00am to return home or pursue independent travel.

PSB organizes cultural visits in and around Paris to help students learn about Parisian culture. Details of the PSB activity calendar will be posted when they become available.

Standard Housing: shared occupancy bedroom
Standard housing includes a shared occupancy bedroom in a shared student apartment or a student residence (option to upgrade to private bedroom, if available). All SAI housing in Paris is fully furnished and comes equipped with towels, bed linens, and wireless Internet. Students have access to kitchen facilities, comfortable common areas, and washing machines. SAI on-site staff is available to respond to any housing needs that may arise.

Passports
Passports should be valid for at least 3 months after planned departure from Europe.

Student Visas
In accordance with French law, U.S. students studying in France for 90 days or less are not required to obtain a student visa. Therefore all U.S. students do not require a student visa for this program. Non-US nationals should consult their local consulate for information on student visa requirements.
