Florence University of the Arts offers both academic and professional programs to students seeking state-of-the-art classroom facilities with field experience gained through hands-on instructional training alongside outstanding professional teachers. In addition to its own state-of-the-art facilities FUA operates several Community Engagement Member Institutions (CEMI): Ganzo (local restaurant), Fedora (pastry shop), Sorgiva (spa), Dimora (FUA Guest Apartments), Ingorda (press), Corridoio Fiorentino (photography & design gallery), FLY (fashion boutique) all staffed by students.
The school hosts weekly art and culture events at its restaurant, Ganzo, as well as photography and design exhibitions at the school’s gallery, Corridoio Fiorentino, offering opportunities to meet artists, authors, and mingle with fellow classmates and professors. Students are able to eat at FUA’s student-run restaurant and bakery, can get involved in student clubs, and can utilize the school’s gym, and other facilities.
SAI is dedicated to providing academic and cultural learning experiences abroad that enhance global awareness, professional development and social responsibility. We concentrate our programs in Europe, with a focus on in-depth learning of individual European countries and their unique global role in the geopolitical economy, humanities, and in the arts.
