Student Life at UPF

UPF invites students to experience the overlapping cultural currents which flow through Barcelona; from its origins as an ancient Mediterranean settlement, to its unique status as the modern capital of Catalonia. Visiting students immerse themselves in the dynamic entity which is Barcelona and examine the influences which impact this remarkable community, from the local to the global. SAI students are invited to attend local events and activities organized by SAI. Students also explore the city independently, quickly finding that Barcelona offers endless marvels, from strolling down the Passeig de Gràcia, to enjoying the view from Park Güell, to marveling at the organic architectural shapes of the Sagrada Familia, Antoni Gaudi’s unfinished masterpiece.
